Official Declaration #4 (Draft Version)

Resettlement of Jewish Citizens in the State of
Israel to Countries Throughout the World

Introduction: My name is Roy Eddings, a citizen of the United States residing in Logan, Utah. As a conservative Republican, I consider myself a good friend of the Jewish people and
someone who is pro-Israel in his views. In terms of my standing—I am neither a Jewish religious
scholar, a Jewish political leader, a foreign policy expert on Israel or the Middle East, a historian,
nor a recognized voice in global political activism of any kind. At the time of this writing, I hold
no formal leadership position within the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, of which I
am a member. Therefore, under ordinary circumstances, there would be little reason for the
world—and particularly the Jewish community—to give any special weight or significance to
my words. But I do have one thing I can humbly offer: precise and abundant revelation from God
on the subject of the State of Israel and those who live there.

Just as happened with Official Declaration #3 on the Blacks and the Priesthood, I can
honestly say I had not really been thinking at all about the subject covered in Declaration #4. So,
the revelation that has been provided to me came as a big surprise, as it probably would be to
most everyone else in the world. Obviously, the question as to whether I am an authoritative
source of revelation for the Jewish nation comes up, just as it was on Declaration #3, the JRE
journal, and other books I have brought forth in support of my church. I do understand that
concern. Nevertheless, I testify to the world that all the things presented here are of God and true.

In this website, a draft proclamation is provided in the first two pages; then, in the next
15 pages, a revelation project—day by day and month by month—is presented that is
categorized, transparent, and documented. So, with that as background, let's proceed first to the
proclamation.

Draft proclamation:

The command of the Lord is this—that all Jewish citizens slowly but surely look for an
opportunity to leave the State of Israel and resettle among peace-loving countries, cities, and
towns throughout the world. That's what He wants. The holiness of the land is not a priority in
the eyes of the Lord; it is not second or even third in priority. He wants lasting peace, not a war
victory or a debate victory. He wants to see antisemitism reduced throughout the Middle East
and the rest of the world as much as possible. The recent events of Oct. 7th, 2023, and the war in
Gaza are not the only reason for this, but they are illustrative of the problem that has been
present for a long time. Peace efforts in the aftermath of this latest conflict are certainly welcome

and laudable. But the short-term, medium-term, and long-term solution is for Jewish families and
individuals to leave Israel and resettle in beautiful lands anywhere of their choice. All countries
of the world—including the United States, those in Europe, those in the Middle East, those in
Asia, and others—can contribute to an immigration, resettlement, and employment fund to help
in this effort. The United Nations can administer the fund.

There is no scriptural or spiritual need for Jews to be gathered to the State of Israel or to
be physically living there anymore. They can live anywhere on earth, as so many already do. If
something important happens of a religious nature one day in the Palestine/Israel area, all Jews
throughout the world can get on a plane and be there in a matter of hours to enjoy it as well. It is
not a question of military power, political leadership, the relationship with Palestinians living in
nearby places, or anything like that. The issue is simply this—a common-sense pathway to peace
that is continuous and forever, as much as humanly possible. And it's to be obedient to the Lord,
which is the most important reason of all.

Signed, Roy Eddings, private citizen of the United States.
